The hypnotherapy sessions are bespoke, and written for you and the issues that you are presenting to me, I record a copy of your session for you to use in between sessions, and after your therapy has ended.
Please ensure that you are on time for your sessions, if you are accessing hypnotherapy via Zoom, a link will be emailed to you 24 hours in advance.
